It will cost EPSA approximately $100 to serve a family in 2023, however our goal is to reduce the financial barrier to entry for all programming. Please select a meaningful amount for your family. Scholarships are available as needed. Please reach out to epsaak@gmail.com for more information.

Our 10-week EPSA groups are for parents with newborns aged 2 to 16 weeks when the group begins. Meetings will be held in person and cover the following topics:
Welcoming Baby
Sleep
Feeding
Early Development and Learning
Emotional Changes and Challenges
Additional topics are determined by the group and facilitator.
If we do not get the minimum number of families for a group, we will push the start date out and let you know so that your family can adjust their calendar. We will always do our best to accommodate every family who signs up. Please share EPSA with friends!
Where does my money go?
Programming to Serve Parents and Babies: Your money contributes to the development and implementation of programs that cater to the needs of parents and babies in the Anchorage and Mat-Su regions.
Group Facilitator Training: We invest in training our group facilitators to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to guide and support parents effectively.
Curriculum and Facilitator Development: Our annual partnership with PEPS provides the curriculum for our programs and the ongoing development of our facilitators.
Website, Registration, and Marketing: A portion of your fees goes into maintaining our website, managing registrations, and carrying out marketing efforts to reach out to parents and spread awareness about EPSA.
Outreach Efforts: We use resources to reach out to parents, doctors, midwives, doulas, and organizations to inform them about EPSA and highlight the importance of parental support.
Space Rentals: Your contributions help cover the costs of renting spaces in the community where we conduct our programs, ensuring a comfortable and conducive environment for participants.
Progress Tracking: We diligently monitor and track the progress of each EPSA Group to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and make necessary improvements.
Referral Support: We assist parents in our programs and even those not enrolled to find local resources for parenting support, including programs for older children, to ensure comprehensive assistance.
